• $175 per night - 3 night minimum.
• $975 per week "2008 Special Weekly Rate".

November, December & April

• $150 per night - 3 night minimum.

Holidays

• $175 per night (4 to 5 night minimum depending on holiday).

Payment Terms

• Refundable $200 Security Deposit required within 7 days of making reservation.
• 50% of rent due 60 days prior to arrival.
• Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Cleaning Fee $70.
• Please add 9.75% for NC lodging tax.
• No Smoking Allowed.
• No Pets.
• 8 person maximum.

Cancellation policy
Your deposit and initial payment will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit the payment and deposit unless we can re-rent the cabin.
